We are an in-store marketing company that delivers relevant coupons and communications to shoppers at the start of grocery shopping trips. We leverage proprietary data mining technology and our simple, fast, and convenient touchpoints to influence consumer purchase behavior to increase sales at affiliated retailers and realize new levels of promotion efficiency for consumer product goods manufacturers.

We are looking for someone to be a part of our Client Services team, which is responsible for the preparation, execution, management, and analysis of in-store advertising and promotion campaigns. You will work directly with our sales team and collaborate with our planning, operations, and finance departments, as well as with our external clients and retail partners. 

 Your responsibilities include: 

  • Assist our sales team in maintaining client relationships by communicating and organizing work timelines, gathering required campaign elements, and managing execution to ensure the meeting of client’s expectations and budgets.
  • Utilize the marketing plan to create contracts and enter all the marketing plan details into our operational tracking database.
  • Coordinate directly with clients to obtain all deliverables needed for program setup to ensure campaigns begins on the scheduled start date. 
  • Monitor project inflows from clients ensuring campaigns execute during their contracted duration and run without errors. Addressing client changes to campaigns as they occur.
  • Monitor campaign results to ensure that they are on target and make recommendations to the sales team regarding campaign changes to better meet client goals. 
  • Interface with third party targeting company to resolve campaign concerns and to request additional data, when needed.
  • Prepare and analyze interim and final campaign results and create campaign presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and data analysis requests, as necessary.

 Your skills:

  • Computer literate in all MS Office and the ability to learn and navigate custom designed database interfaces. 
  • Analytical skills to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Effective communication skills across several teams.
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize multiple requests.
  • Strong organization skills, and attention to detail and quality of work.
